Tesco power

I live in Shropshire and yes Tesco has a strong presence in the area. Reports from the latest Tesco venture in Madeley Telford is that the local town is suffering as the shops can't compete on this level. Many fear they will have to close at some point. I think the Hadleigh Tesco will kill shops up and down the High Street. No one wants a ghost town as Madeley will become. I am not against supermarkets they have there place in our society in out of town areas. The CO.OP in Hadleigh is exspensive and according to the latest national poll the worst for customer service but I'd rather shop there than a huge Tesco blighting the historic Hadleigh landscape. Unfortunatly Tesco will win, they have the money and power and only people power can change that. I say NO to Tesco.
