Hadleighpeople poll shows support for Tesco store

Hadleighpeople's recent poll has shown that there is more support for a Tesco store coming to Hadleigh than is sometimes suggested in local newspaper the Suffolk Free Press.
According to our poll, which has been running on the site for three weeks, seventy-seventy percent of Hadleigh's residents would happily shop at a Tesco store in their town.
Babergh District Council will not comment on our poll prior to considerations of Tesco's pans by the development committee.

ReportJust get the feeling that nothing stands in Tesco's way in the end. We can all try and moan about how they are the death of small businesses and shops, but in the end they'll build the store and it'll get used and people will loose their jobs. It's just how the world is now. Like it or loathe it, Tesco will rule the world one day.
