Is it going to snow in Hadleigh?

So far this year we have got away with a remarkably warm winter but for the last week there has been a distinct chill in the air. Maybe it has something to do with all the lovely fake snow at the Hadleigh Christmas light switch on?

Weather warning

If Hadleigh is lucky it will miss out on two fronts of bad weather. This hopefully will mean people we wont be affected by snow, heavy rain and fierce winds. To see the latest weather warnings for the UK please click here to visit the Met Office website.

White Christmas?

Whilst snow can be a cold inconvenience most of the year it would be great to see Hadleigh covered in a blanket of snow on Christmas Day. At the moment there are predictions of a frost but no snow. Has anyone got a bet on a white Christmas?

School closures

If Hadleigh is affected by bad weather in the next week there may be school closures in the local area. To see the latest information on school closures please visit the Suffolk County Council website. Hadleigh People will also be bringing up-to-date information if there is snow.
