Craft & Food Fair returns in October

Its now June and time to start planning the next Hadleigh Craft & Food Fair which will be on the 30th October in the Town Hall complex. After our Easter craft fair we yet again ask the crafter's to return and also ask for some new traders to take part too. We are looking for crafter's of all types from card makers, jewellery, bath products, knit wear, wood turning and not forgetting traders for our food hall too from chocolate makers to jam makers home made cakes to sweets. Our stalls are a 6 ft table pitch and start at £20 including the table hire too. The halls do get filled up quite quickly so early booking is advised as we have to plan out the building and it is 1st come 1st served. We use all the rooms in the Town Hall Complex which starts in the Grand hall up stairs which we have access via lift or stairs. Then make your way to the other end of all the grand hall and up the stairs which takes you to the old own hall. then though to the next stair case to the guild hall which we have as our Food hall. We also have the dining room open for refreshments for after you have spent out on all your Christmas gifts or treats for yourself. All money made at our craft fairs goes towards free events in the town like the Lighting up which this year is on the 2nd December 2011 and also summer events and carnivals which we are in the process of planning at the moment for next years Queens jubilee.
